Hi Dharmendra Chaudhary.
The file size upload limit is 10 GB; files attached to list items can be up to 250 MB in size. In classic mode, upload methods other than drag and drop have a 2 GB limit.
These limits cannot be changed by the user.Farewell.

Hello Dharmendra,
Please check the following:
- is the file format zip? if so, can you upload a modest zip file (say 1 MB)
- which browser is used?
- how long does it take earlier the error message is shown? seconds or minutes
- does the problem affect a single user or all users using that same document library?
- does the problem surface in other browsers? e.g. Chrome, EdgePaul | SLIM Applications
-
aye file format is zipped, and small size file is uploaded without whatsoever error (99 mb) but got error while upload about 200 + mb zilch file
I am using IE 11
later on some times virtually a minutes
No, Admin user is able to upload same file (200 + mb) but other users having write permission to that library getting error every time.
Yes (same fault in chrome as well for not admin user)
-- for reference
error while trying to upload 184 mb file (SP_Foundation Files.zip) past NON ADMIN USERS (have read and Write permission to this Library)
And same file is uploaded successfully by ADMIN Users

Hi,
Could you employ Fiddler to monitor the requests and cheque the error information so it would help to identify the issue.

HiDharmendra,
For examination purpose, ask non admin user to upload the same file using the explorer view (it won't work in chrome). if yep, check the file path length should non more 256 character (URL+Filename).
if not, provide site collection administrator or site owner permission to any particular non admin user and test it. if works, remove the admin permission and test it.
Please allow me know the effect
